On volume 12 of this series of offshore radio recordings you will get approximately 25 hours of recordings from June to September 1970 from Capital Radio, Radio Veronica and Radio Northsea International.

Spring and Summer were a period of trouble for Radio Northsea International. Following the move from the Dutch to the English coast, the british government started jamming the programmes. In June RNI campaigned against the government as Radio Caroline during the general election.

On this CD there’s a number of broadcasts from this period.

On August 29th someone tried to hijack the ship on open sea…hear dramatic recordings from this day as well.

But for most of the summer the station just provided great intertainment…of which there are a lot of recordings as well.

On this CD you can hear recordings by Andy Archer, Rob Eden, Michael Lindsay, Spangels Muldoon, Carl Mitchell, Alan West and Larry Tramaine.

You will also get 4 recordings from Capital Radio from September and 2 recordings from Radio Veronica by Lex Harding and Klaas Vaak.

The recordings are the best possible mp3 quality, bearing in mind that these recordings are 35 years old.

The recordings are stored on a plain CD and delivered in an envelope.    5.99£
